That looks pretty cool, especially since it was designed by RJM.

Only 5 loops, but they can be reordered. Built in tuner and volume pedal. $449. Considering buying one.

That’s pretty awesome! If I ever get back to playing live again, I think I’ll have to invest in something like that. I could see a loop switcher simplifying so much for me.

Not hot on the color but besides that; this thing looks very nice. Wonder how it compares to the ES stuff?

Boss ES? I think this one has a slightly edge being a bit cheaper and having a built-in tuner. Better screen also. I also tend to like RJM buffers better than Boss.
But the ES is easy to find used and cheaper. So there's that. But new vs new, I'd go with this one.

Yep. The Boss units. I have looked at them a time or two but never needed that kind of functionality. I liked the MS-3 design that implemented built-in FX as well as use as a switching unit.

I like the MS-3 too but it's not very transparent, depending on the amp'sloop. It works well with the DSL but it didn't like the EVH, Peavey or Koch loops.

Whoa. That’s cool. I wonder what that midi out jack can accomplish? Midi pc commands for other devices??

I have been kicking the tires on getting something like this for years. The cost, and the fact that I use very few effects, has kept me from pulling the trigger.
Just talked myself out of it again! I only kick on the Boss DD500 here and there for leads on the fly. No need to complicate things any further than that for my uses.
