Only 5 loops, but they can be reordered. Built in tuner and volume pedal. $449. Considering buying one.
Boss ES? I think this one has a slightly edge being a bit cheaper and having a built-in tuner. Better screen also. I also tend to like RJM buffers better than Boss.jiveturkey wrote: ↑Wed Jan 24, 2024 9:54 pm Not hot on the color but besides that; this thing looks very nice. Wonder how it compares to the ES stuff?
Yep. The Boss units. I have looked at them a time or two but never needed that kind of functionality. I liked the MS-3 design that implemented built-in FX as well as use as a switching unit.Guitarbilly wrote: ↑Wed Jan 24, 2024 10:31 pmBoss ES? But the ES is easy to find used and cheaper. So there's that. But new vs new, I'd go with this one.
I like the MS-3 too but it's not very transparent, depending on the amp'sloop. It works well with the DSL but it didn't like the EVH, Peavey or Koch loops.jiveturkey wrote: ↑Wed Jan 24, 2024 10:47 pmYep. The Boss units.
