1977 Super Lead/Power Station clip

Post by Guitarbilly »

I used the PS to run the delay only, but no attenuation, this is the Super Lead full volume so it clipped the camera a bit

But still

hell yeah...that sounded awesome, that must have been stupid loud in the room lol.... have you tried attenuating it with PS as yet? If you can still get that sound using the PS that rig would be unbeatable
I can't remember what my signature was..... I'm sure it was something interesting..... :quote:

Yeah the sound was literally bouncing off the concrete walls

But yeah when I'm actually playing with the band, I use the PS to attenuate it. The tone stays exactly the same.

Trying to make me spend my money...
It sounds really great, and shows how "easy" it is to get that great sound. It just does take the right parts.

Yeah having an amp like this solves a lot of things. There's no need to find ways to emulate the tone, this is the tone.
The only work left is how to control the volume and add post effects, and the PS is the perfect solution for that.

Yeah I'm using the Free The Tone Flight Time delay and it's by far the best delay I've had. It sounds like an old 80s rack delay.
