I never understood the Cameron obsession especially with amps like the Friedman BE100 and this of course

that sounds awesome, it's re-ignitated my interest in Soldanos, but I have been looking at the Astro

Hell yeah! One of the Austin bros has an Astro and we’re going to be comparing the two soon. The features of the Astro are really nice, as are the tones, but I was just dead set on the SLO.

I've heard the Astro is close but doesn't sound like a SLO, they describe the Astro sounding more British, which I like but would definity be interested to hear what you thought of them compared.

Sounds great! The Synergy SLO module has been my main tone for a while now. However, the 6505 was getting all of the love this past weekend. Still need to try the 800.
