That amp does sound pretty damn amazing though, that first tone he demos with the amp cranked is that perfect big crunch that's not overly saturated.... be interesting to see how good the master volume works in the room

well that would be more comparable to my 1987x than the DSL. I do love the 1987x but this seems like a better sounding amp overall.No loop on this one but that doesn't bother me. The 1987x has a loop but it's unusable if you run the amp hot.

The 1987x has a loop but it's unusable if you run the amp hot.
These type of amps get a lot of their distortion from the power amp so to run delays you need to slave them into another power amp.
