If you like the Archon, have you thought about the MT-100 Tremonti sig? I don't know how well it can do mid gain stuff, but I think for the price they're killer if you're into the high gain stuff.

It excels at midgain. The new channel is based on his favorite Dumble. I haven't tried one yet but I do like the MT15 a lot. I really liked the Victory RK amp when I gave it a try at Chuck Levin's last fall. My favorite two amps in that entire store were the SLO 30 and the RK.
