This build was a lot of fun - my PGK SGJr
Proudest part is that I painted everything after the neck was glued, and still got the joint that clean.

I have two PGK's, and they come together REALLY nicely. I would buy once, cry once.
The SG Jr was especially badass. Looks incredible. Sounds incredible.
The Les Paul build doesn't look as nice since it doesn't have binding/etc. Looks cheaper. Still really nice though.
The necks set perfectly.
Gene, you got any pics of your SG Jr build? I’m doing one myself soon. A good friend did the LP Jr in Candy Apple Red Nitro for his kid and it came out awesome. Some minor finish flaws around the fretboard edge but considering he’s not a pro painter it looks great. I played it this weekend. I want to do a SG Jr in heather poly.
I can’t find any pics, but i can hopefully take some tomorrow. It’s one of my most photogenic builds. The color is quite convincing. I blended like three water based dies to approximate the sg color. It’s awesome. It sounds great too.

Note:!!!!!
Pgk makes you buy the rear cover separately. I learned the hard way. It’s impossible to find elsewhere.
I forget if it came with a pickguard.

Yeah you gotta buy the guard and control cover separate. Thst looks fantastic though. I’m going to be ordering the body and neck this month. Since it’ll be a custom order it’ll be 12 weeks lead and I want it to arrive after my vacation in late August. Gives me some time to pick out a p90 and bridge/tuners. And to order paint.
