what's hot in the world of IRs right now?

I've not bought any IRs since the celestion plus stuff was the hot shit to have. What should I be looking at? Think EMGs into a 5150 in A standard appropriate stuff.

This dude Mendel, who used to play in Aborted has started his own “company” with IRs and drum samples. I think it’s literally called Drums and Tones. I find I do like his IRS quit a bit. And he’s working with low tunings and 5150s. Otherwise I’ve found a lot of places are getting it right these days. Better than ever before. That’s for sure. The GGD contenders series plugin is also really good if you want an all in one IR loader with a bunch of cabs and mics that you can fiddle with. So they aren’t just named IRs but a little more interactive type thing. You can also get the Celestion Plus Ir loader thing. I’m spacing on what it’s called but it’s essentially the same thing a more visual and interactive way to dial in the IRs and tones

Freebies too. I found 2 out of the freebies I liked a lot. And I’m reality. We all just need a few good IRs. It’s not like we all have hundreds of cabs laying around. One good cab is all one needs and I think on the same terms of IRs. So his packs are generally smaller. 25 IRs. Rather than these older style packs with literally hundreds upon hundreds
