Zero gravity straps.
Good morning. Has anyone used one of these, and if so, what's your thoughts? Wondering if I should order one for my heavier giggers, or if I should just go with a wider leather strap.

Yes, I have one. Mine is made by Kliq but it's the same thing.
It works really well as far as relieving the weight, but I find the strap uncomfortable overall, the air cushions dig into back.
When I had my 76 LP (which was 11.5lbs) I used that strap because the weight was too much, but with my other guitars, which are all under 9lbs , I prefer to use a regular strap and just deal with the weight.
