Here's my entry for this category (again, not eligible for voting just to get things going):
In order of signal:
Mini Tuner
Mini Wah
Sonicake Chorus
Amazon Tube Screamer ( it's actually good)
Friedman IRD
Boss DD-3 (in the IRD loop)
Galaxy Audio Splitter
Radial Direct Box
The splitter takes the signal from the DD-3 output. Then one side goes to the IRD fx return to complete the loop signal and I have 3 more outs for other connections. I do that to get a signal without the IR to use it with a power amp/cab, which in this case is my Fryette Power Station. Honestly I did not need a 4-way splitter, a simple Y would be sufficient but this one was the most affordable I found and it was recommended by Dave Friedman himself so
The main out (with the IRs) goes to the Radial DI and to the PA.
This was my solution to have a DI rig without having to use a modeler. I am very happy with it.

My gig board.
I had an extra space so, I added the MXR Vibe.

While I have several more pedals and a Line Helix LT, I typically don't use alot of effects. I would like to get a slight bigger board so I can get a modulation pedal of some sort, but the analog delay adds some depth when needed. Sometime I swap it out for my MXR Uni-Vibe. The Dunlop mini wah is probably the best sounding wah I've ever owned. I use the EQD Monarch as an always on boost. Awesome sounding pedal that I will never get rid of. They don't even make them anymore. Anyway, here's the signal path...
Dunlop GCB-95 Mini Wah > TC Electronic Polytune2 > EQD Monarch > MXR
Dunlop GCB-95 Mini Wah > TC Electronic Polytune2 > EQD Monarch > MXR
