Finally picked up a Suhr. It just rendered all of my Fenders obsolete. It's a Classic S Antique in Sonic Blue and it's easily one of the best guitars I've ever played. Feels like an old Strat, lightweight, the SSCII makes it silent even under high gain... idk I'm at a loss for words. It just fucks hard
Well god damn! That’s a hell of a Strat if there ever was. Between that and the Pittman Tele I think you got two of the best Fender style guitars out there.
More guitars than anyone could need

Yeah, I’m probably offing my fenders now. They’ll never get played!

She's a beauty and I'm glad you're happy with it. What pickup is in the bridge?
An SSV in the bright and V63s in the neck and middle. It’s wild how good they sound while being silent.

Yeah it's crazy how good the Classic Suhrs are. I never understood what was the big deal about them, overpriced strat copies etc... Until I played one
Congrats dude. Between this and the SLO you're in Hard Rock heaven.

I didn't either, and I'm pretty sure I made fun of them/their owners for a long time like a dumbass
I had been planning to order a new one from Sweetwater, but the day before my birthday the exact spec I wanted came up for sale used about 15 minutes from my house. The guy had switched the pickguard to black pearl, and had it setup horribly so I think it kept buyers away:
He had slammed the trem down to the body to deck it and maxed out the saddles to compensate
Anyway, he still had the original plastics so I took it down to my tech for a proper setup to float the bridge and to swap the plastics back to stock. Now it's like brand new.
