I don't really remember this, I'm not sure why, there were no drugs or alcohol involved.
I'm the asshole in the flannel. My tone is a Telebird I built into my VHT (I assume). Singer is rocking a strat I made into an AC30. Sounds pretty great.

It sounds great man. I remember seeing another video with this singer about 7 years ago. Are you guys still working together?
Kinda?
Alex is one of my best friends, he moved to Nashville not long after that video was made. We don't have a ton of opportunity to make music together these days but he's been putting in the work and I think he'll have "made it" on some level soon. Whether that's a writer, producer or performer credit I don't know.
His main gig these days is teching for Here Come the Mummies and he's pretty connected through them.

I discovered this band through you EJ. Dear Emily is one of my favorite songs. I like a few others too. I'm happy that Alex got the job making guitfiddles, but I hope he doesn't stop making music. He deserves to be signed by a label, for whatever that's worth these days.
That OP video is a great blending of instruments. Rare to hear a piano and two guitars blending that well in a mix. Dig the tune too. Not my usual vibe, but real cool.
That 'Dear Emily' tune rocks. Many of my work days I want to do what he does at the end of the video.

Yeah, that video for Dear Emily was a lot of fun to make. And he absolutely tore up his hand punching the light.
Very well done!!! Great arrangement, excellent messiahship, perfect recording!!!

Yeah, agreed with all of this. Cool video and song for sure. Looks like you all were having a good time too.
