Re: NGD It’s Modern
Very nice. I've always had a little GAS to have a Suhr. I've only played one ever and it was honestly a turd. I feel it HAD to have been just an extremely horrible setup given the feedback on the brand.

Re: NAD with a side of disappointment.
Yeah. I had a JP2C new and it shipped with a bad tube, exact same symptoms as yours. New tubes solved it, can't remember if it was pre or power.

Re: Modded MT15 demo
Pretty nice tones, that's actually super cool I wish I knew how amps worked and could mod them how I like I wish I knew more and wish I learned sooner. I also wish more people were okay with modding. So much gear is the same or similar, you don't need to spend hundreds or thousands on the next thin...

Re: Shameless vids o me playing on my YouTube
Morbid Angel was always great. Definitely agree about the crutch for some. Back in the day when I had a half of a legitimate band going we tuned to D purposely just to try and be heavy in a somewhat normal tuning. There is a band around here that decided to do the same thing in standard tuning (Summ...

Re: PRS Dragonforce Signature guitar lol
looks kinda Ernie Ballesque.... kinda a mash up between a Luke and a Silhouette I definitely see the Majesty in there too. That's what I was thinking. The guitar to me looks like a little bit of Majesty crossed with a Horizon 3 as well as an early 90s Ibanez S series. This guitar really looks amazi...

Re: 2 super sick rigs
Disappoint. Hair wasn't blowing in the wind off the cabs. :cop: Both sound awesome, man. My Mark gas is growing. I'm thinking one of them, of some iteration, is gonna have to be a purchase. You should definitely get an epic fan and same regarding Mark gas....I had a JP2C and with a band it sounded ...

Re: Question about older amps and caps
Both time and use. They can dry out over time even if the amp was barely used. Lots of other factors too like if its a high plate voltage amp or located in a very hot area of the world. At that age its a gamble, google says 10-20 year life span but ive had 30+ year old amps that were fine. Caps aren...

Owning a real mark and the Crab what would you say the tonal differences or feel would be other than the EQ comment?spawnofthesith wrote: ↑Fri Jun 20, 2025 11:41 pm it’s a great sounding amp and definitely faithful/accurate to the mark sound.
