lol hilarious when the manufacturer can’t get it right and won’t rely on their users who do get it right because of dumb reasons.

It’s been an interesting rollout to put it nicely for sure, and certainly entertaining to watch lol. Hellzington’s video was the only one I thought gave half an idea what’s going on, and I actually liked the RI more in his vid.

As usual, killer thrash tones. I was really impressed with the comparison on RigTalk between the OG and the reissue. Basically the tubes and maybe some break in and the reissue seems to hang. You have the most epic collection of killer metal amps and know how to use them!

thank you dudes!! Im usually switching mics like i do everything else but i think ive done enough experimenting and just gonna use the D2 from now on, it just works for what i go for with the least amount of work and sounds closest to "the room".
As for "amp break in", ive honestly never once heard of such a thing anywhere until that iic+ thread, where i learned that apparently im the only one that never experienced it. The majority of my tube amps are not yet broken in if it takes 60 hours or whatever some are claiming it takes from being new or for new caps to do whatever they do.
