I bought this last weekend and it arrived yesterday
2011 Les Paul Classic in flat black. Extremely impressed with this one. It could very well be my best sounding LP..
I'm beginning to think that there's something special these thin "faded" nitro finishes. I had a similar experience with Fender Highway One guitars with the same type of finish. The guitars just seem to resonate better. I haven't tried enough of them to know for sure so could just be a coincidence idk but so far I've liked every guitar I've played with this type of finish..
Yeah my whole thing about buying new guitars is to have more options for gigs, in the studio my #1 LP goes on 90% of the tracks anyway. So this one is out lol

Every gear forum has to have one person who will always suggest the unorthodox ideas, in the hopes that they will eliminate blandness. I am this forum’s self-designated person for that purpose.
And that person should be shamed for proposing those blasphemous ideas.
I haven't put it up for sale yet because it does sound really good. So I'm not in a rush at all
The purchase of the Dirty Shirley 40w was putting on a little more incentive to sell it, but now that I returned that amp, . I might just end up keeping it.
