I don't totally get it and cant be bothered to watch a youtube video, but if I'm understanding correctly might be somethign cool to leave in a gig back as an emergency backup at the price point? (especially a used one)

Yeah, it looks like a good backup or for practice.
Imagine a pedal with line 6 spyder simplicity, but built on the Helix models with 21 presets. That is basically it. I think it is a good size, format, and price. For a simplified pedal board setup or backup in the gig bag, it will be hard to beat.
I mean it's only $179. Not a lot of room for complaints there.
I don't see this being anything other than a cool stocking stuffer/ gift card burner. Cool to have on vacations etc or to keep by your desk/nightstand for casual jamming.
As a backup or for any kind of serious stage use I'd get at least a PodGo or something similar.

I mean it's not awful and for $179 I can't complain but I'd think it'd be better to spend a couple hundred on something like the Ampero or even the PodGo. I realize they're twice the price of this but they're still inexpensive.
