Glad you saved it from the jaws of defeat! (I kid)
Does it sound the same, better, or worse than when you had it previously?
My Marshall cab has changed since I had it last (had T75s in it now Creamback 75s) . I dialed in pretty much the same tones I used when I had it (Clean Green, Crunch Orange, OD1 Orange, OD2 Red) and it sounds better than I remember
my board with the MS-3 is setup to work with MIDI and 4 cable method .... can't wait to hook it all up
These amps are really the ideal JVM. The noise gate is great and I love how they revoiced the drive channels. They're really expensive these days, but damn it's a great modern Marshall. Maybe it will go back into production eventually.

Conga-rats, man.
Every time I see one a these I think, "Man, couldn't they have figured out a way to fit a few more knobs on there? It seems so limited right now."
Right? Technological terror lol once you get the idea that it's like 12 different amps in one you start to realize that it's even more crazy (and when my caveman brain kicks in I think man I could just do everything on Crunch Orange like a JCM800..... but then I think look at all the TOANs here )

That sounds excellent, and sick solo!
Thanks brother I was thinking in that other thread about your MIDI setup and I'm going to get this thing setup to do the same again. One click to do everything lol

100% agree - I never really bonded with OD2 on the regular JVMs but the addition of the mid shift button which basically allows you to make OD2 into a clone of OD1 + the revoiced 6100 like clean + crunch orange it really does cover all my favorite Marshall tones. The cost is crazy and I have been peeping them on Reverb - definitely not going to come down anytime soon. I am lucky to have stayed in touch with the dude who bought it from me so I basically bought it back for what I sold it for (and he's the one who just plays his 1987x anyway).

Congrats!!! I hear these are the cream of the crop for JVMs
Thanks man - it was my favorite one (had a 205h and a 410h as well)
