I had always been skeptical of pine bodies

But after playing a few of these Novo’s with them I’m a believer. More people should be using them.

I have 3 pine guitars now. They rule. And my screws bever break during assembly.

My son has a Fender Telecaster Modern Player that plays and sounds great.

:lol: I know you have been singing the praises of pine for a while, I shouldn't have doubted.

Oh sweet, I had forgotten they used pine for those. Pine was one of the original woods used for telecasters if I am recalling that correctly.

I've had pine before. No complaints.

I think it's biggest issue is that it doesn't stain as well as alder or ash?

The Modern Player Teles are awesome. I didn't know they were pine!!
