Incoming New Fuzz Day.

I was on Facebook this morning and EQD announced some limited Halloween pedals. They do this every year. It’s usually some old stock stuff they’ve cleaned up and tested to sell on Halloween. There wasn’t a whole lot of stuff I needed to have BUT they did put this guy up.

I guess they made this pedal 10 years ago and only did about 150 of them. They had 12 in their warehouse. I bought one because fuck it, it’s a cool looking fuzz and supposed to be based off the FM-2 Fuzz Master. It sold out within 10 minutes too. It’s safe to say I’m obsessed with Fuzz at this point.

The irony of me buying this fuzz in particular is that I don’t smoke weed or consume cannabis lol. But I’ve always liked stoner rock and metal.

Update: EQD printed the shipping label Friday but didn’t get it to the post office until yesterday. I thought coming from Akron OH to Detroit it would be here today (it’s a 2 hour drive) but it’s still at their hub in Akron. Killing me. I want my new fuzz dammit!

Finally arrived today. It’s a super splatty octave fuzz. This thing gets loud fast. You can use your tone knob to blend the octave effect, essentially. Tone off - full octave. This thing is a lot of fun. It’s also the biggest single pedal I own.
