Anybody using waves plugins?

They were a complete pain in the ass to install.
They cost more than free.
They sound SO good.
The ssl comp, butch vig vocals, and eddie Kramer tape have all been complete gamechangers.
My recordings are sounding bigger, more polished , and more professional.
These are the real deal.

Yeah pretty much every plugin I use is from the Waves bundle I bought a few years ago. They really do everything I need and sound great. Definitely worth the money.

Same. I have bought some other great VST's since I bought the Wave bundle on sale a few years ago. But there was ultimately no point. A Waves bundle has everything you'll need.
I will add that there is a limiting amp VST out there for free from ADHD that I fucking love. I would search it out and grab it too.
Regarding install, I had no issue with the Waves stuff.

I have the full waves bundle. Didn’t really bind with them so I rarely used them and don’t even have them installed anymore.
