My entire motivation for rebooting the TV thread is that I've started watching 3 body problem and they referenced cakefarts in it It's good. Give it a go. Also watching shogun, which is great.

Shogun is great , I thought 3 Body Problem was okay , episode 5 was pretty good.
Masters of the Air was pretty good

3 Body Problem definetly peaked on episode 5, but I'd like to see where they take it. I'm contemplating reading the books, but I'm not a huge fiction reader and the trollogy is like 1500 pages

Yeah I’ve considered reading the books too because of the series . I understand that it spans through the end of time , so it will be interesting to see how the show handles it . Netflix hasn’t green lighted them for a season 2, hopefully that happens.

Just finished both seasons of American Rust and it is great. The first season really reminded me S1 True Detective minus the mystical elements. The second season is also good but doesn't quite compare to S1.

I pretty much just watch Japanese and Korean shows these days. Western shows are so woke it's unwatchable.

I thought 3 Body Problem was great, although I read the synopsis for the books and I don't know how they can end this within the realm of a series.

Fallout is pretty cool, pretty good story so far on S1

Fallout was excellent. Not necessary to be a fan of the games but it helps a bit.

Yeah Fallout was great , binged it when it came out. I told my wife to check it out because you don’t really need to be familiar with the games to enjoy it.
