Cathode biased class a like an ac30, but with el34’s.
Based on my experience with my class a el84 dr z’s, I can’t imagine how loud an 80 watt version would be.
Handwired by dr z himself, i think.

Love both my Z's. He also just announced another new amp, the X-RAY which is (to my understanding) supposed to be essentially a combination of the Stang Ray and DB4.
