This stuff is awesome. It was going to be part of a documentary called "The Van Halen Chronicles" but it was canceled so he is just releasing bits and pieces on YT. A lot of it is backstage scenes, which can be funny/cool, but most importantly, there are a lot of shots from the early shows.

The show takes start at around 7:30.... that's really Van Halen at its absolute peak. But there are also some soundcheck takes with Eddie playing a Les Paul Custom.... The whole video is great.

If you're a VH fan, go through the guy's channel and watch all the videos. Lots of awesome stuff there.

May want to back this stuff up. EliteWorksAteBay (Curt Gooch) might try to claim this shit like he does with a lot of KISS footage. He stole a shit ton of KISS footage during the production of the A&E documentary, then sold a hard drive of it to multiple buyers, despite telling them they were the only ones getting the footage.
