More MIDI Questions - Please help, I'm acoustic

Just bought another Strymon Mobius to use out front of the amp, and looking at the Morningstar MC6 Pro as the MIDI controller.
What I'd like to do is create patches so it will switch my entire rig. Ideally the SLO, the H90 in the loop, and the Strymon up front. I want to hit 1 footswitch to change the entire patch for both fx units, and change the amp channel.
Is this a real possibility without spending a ridiculous amount extra?

Does the morningstar have relays for the SLO? If so should be easy peasy

Yes, it's possible. Use the Relay Port on the MC6 to switch channels on the SLO. You will need a 1/8" to 1/4" adapter but that's no big deal.
As for the MIDI, go Out of the MC6 into the H90 MIDI In, then from the H90 MIDI Out/Through to the Mobius MIDI In.
That said, I would recommend you get a controller with a few loops so when you are not using the front pedals you can take them out of the circuit. The H90 in the loop can just stay on since I assume there will always be some kind of delay or verb in the tone.
But the pedals out front can definitely benefit from a loop switcher, specially if later down the line you want incorporate something like a boost or Phase 90 or maybe a compressor on cleans etc... it just adds a lot of flexibility on what you can use and control. RJM, Musicomlabs have some good ones at a decent price. Fender has one now that was designed by RJM...

yup... it can be done.... only thing you'll need extra is a 1/8" TRS Male to 1/4" TRS female adapter and a TRS cable to run to the footswitch input of the SLO....
the MC6 can send 32 messages per footswitch so you can definitely activate a bunch of shit simultaneously

Seems the relay ports can manage it, but I would hate to have to rely on a 1/8" to 1/4" cable to get that to function as intended.
On a side note, just keep in mind that midi is a learning curve, and while simple, can be a frustrating the more involved you get with it. Keep at it, and use the Morningstar app.

It doesn't have to be a cable. A simple headphones adapter will work and from there he can use any 1/4" cable. . Still, it's a weird design decision to make those ports 1/8".

Is there a better option?
I just want to be able to switch from a clean tone with chorus and reverb to overdrive with micropitch and delay in the loop.
I want to do that from a single preset

you could get one of those midi controlled relay boxes to handle the channel switching, Suhr has one

I like 1/8" for midi syncing tempos but for relays that does seem like a rather strange decision
I use the cheapo m-vave chocolate for additional switching with my stomp and for some reason the midi output is 1/4" there, so I have a 1/4" to 1/8" headphone adaptor plugged into that, followed by a boss 1/8" to 5 pin going into the stomp
Looking at the MC6 pro you'd think what they're calling "omni ports" should also be able to be used as relays to live up to the name

So something like this would be able to switch pedals in/out as well as send MIDI commands and relay switch my SLO?

I'll admit I like the scribble strips on the MC6 Pro and using the 1/8" to 1/4" isn't a deal breaker for me.
I really just want the MIDI controller to change the Mobius, H90 and change channels on the amp. I don't mind turning my OCD/Compressor/Fuzz on individually when I want to use them. The ability to loop in those pedals isn't a big deal for me even though it would be pretty cool.
