Sounds delicious! I don't know how you do it though, tequila burns me but not the wife. Do you notice if tequila hits different for you vs other spirits?

Had to look up "Malört"....
"Malört is a bitter, wormwood-based liqueur, originating from Sweden and popularized in Chicago. It's known for its intensely bitter flavor, often described as medicinal or like "pencil shavings and old battery rust".
