Arrived and installed today!! Soldering iron was a great investment the other day, I’ve been putting it to use
Sounds amazing. Soooooo much better than that C12N. Night and day difference for everything

Nice, looks dman good. Glad you're digging it, it's such a great feeling when you change something like that and it ends up being a huge upgrade.spawnofthesith wrote: ↑Sun Sep 29, 2024 9:21 pm Arrived and installed today!! Yeah, I think whatever the WGS calls their Celestion Gold replacements.greatmutah wrote: ↑Sun Sep 29, 2024 6:59 pm I think he did. I think now he’s using Blackbird Alnico 12s? ET10s also popped on my radar.
EDIT : yeah he’s listed as an artist for the ET10. Maybe I should get a Mojotone Fender Tremolux style 2x10 and load it with some ET10s and make a combo stack lol.
Wu-Tang is for the children.

Outstanding! That looks fantastic. Love it when a plan comes together. A better speaker makes ALL the difference. I abused mine with the Silverbirds again today and I’m still loving those.

Re: Finally getting creamy
Thanks dudes! Will report back again after next weeks rehearsal with the jam/funk band
In a moment of chicken shitedness had ordered a clip on speaker cable from fender but speaker came first and drunk-Tom had already bought a soldering iron in the mean time fortunately that cable was only $11 with shipping and I guess not the worst thing to have in “the box”
