I think there’s something wrong with me, the more I look at these the more I think they’re kinda sweet. Not rushing out to buy one but…

Also definitely not shelling out what they’re asking for em.

Fucking cowards. Floyd Rose with a middle and/or neck single coil. That'd be the only thing that would interest me until I see the price tag and go, "nah, I'd rather have another M-1 Custom 87 Series."

The V proves this to be untrue. The "popsicle stock" they usually use is ugly as sin.

 I’ve also put one of the new Velas with the US pickups and electronics in my cart and not pulled the trigger multiple times.

Very interested in your review if go through with it!

Been considering experimenting with some different pickup options in mine. Want to maintain the quirky vibes but maybe some fancier stylings. Ya know, just cuz

You could always do some TV Jones pups. TV classic or Powertron for the bridge, T-Armond for the neck…

Yeah I’ve been thinking of similar for my Starla. But I’d need to find someone who can cut a new guard and cut for Filter’tron pickups. I’m not a fan of TV Jones HB sized Trons and don’t want gaps in my pickguard

Hmm I guess that’s something I haven’t considered… is it a big sound difference?

Also was sort of considering doing something nutty like a t armond in the neck and a heavier BKP in the bridge
