One of the applications in this area is the refinement of live spice circuit modelling to produce accurate realtime output models of amp circuits. There are things out there that get ballpark tone right that can be run as as a VST, but while impressive, are still lacking a bit. If this ever gets nailed you can just design the circuit and bam, you're done. Ironically this would be great for designing real physical amps

i have no doubt its gonna happen soon, and im all for it, i dont really know why guitar players dont want technology to advance to get away from tube amps, which give me anxiety every time i turn one on waiting for it to blow up. my question is more how do we program guitar players to move on from tubes lol

right lol!! I reached out to a buddy that works for Two Notes, he said they used AI in development of the Genome
