And according to the 2004 Fender Catalog all of the Hwy1 guitars had a 22 fret neck

well I am re-tarded. I am sitting here right next to mine and sure enough it is a 22 fret neck

Either way, that is most definitely a '03-'05 Highway 1. Great guitars.

Yeah man I freakin’ love it. It’s currently competing with my main guitar, kinda. It instantly made it into the top 2 for me.
