One source says they were released in 2007, so close to 18 years. It's legal, but you can't buy it a drink yet. :cop:

It has been interesting to watch the evolution of modelling. When I was at MF in the late 90's we got one of the original Line 6 AxSys 212 combos. None of us knew what to do with it! Plus, the cabinet was little more than cardboard and control layout was horrible. Now, everything is so much more simple particularly with computer editing software.
