It’s fucking disgusting. It’s one of the highest gain pedals I’ve ever heard. Lows are tighter than a Muff. Mid control is very usable. Gain control is obscene. At 9:00 it’s pretty saturated. I dig the octave part both with the rest of the fuzz and by itself. It’s cool. Does the octave fuzz thing well. This is my 3rd octave fuzz now lol. Grim Reefer, Octapussy and the Octave side of this. I was actually GASing for the Silverblood SUF put out before Christmas (couldn’t buy then because holidays and such) but now I’m pretty sure I don’t need one. With my Heritage in C it’s very heavy but still quite tight. It gets doomy and grindy and all those fun things but I can also do a decent Gilmour with a compressor or boost out front. It doesn’t really need to be tightened but a comp sounds cool with it. With my Disaster Transport (think like EHX DMM) on after it, it can sound very Floyd like.

So super cool pedal. More gain than anyone could need and sounds awesome. And for anyone who cares, I got #5. Fifth one made. Kinda cool.

Thanks, I can't wait to try it. On demos I preferred it over the sabbadius funky vibe

I bought some stuff for an office rig for when shit is slow so I can get some playing in.

I am putting together a pedalboard with stuff I mostly owned, though I bought an EMG ES-918 (the price is ridiculous), mini Cry Baby and a Strobostomp HD tuner. Seriously, how the fuck is the EMG-918 MORE expensive than a strobe tuner? I also needed yo buy the pedalboard with gift card money. The Friedman IR-X, Boss MS-3, and overdrives I plan to swap in I already own.

I bought a Mojotone British 412 after they cleared up the shipping cost issue, as well as getting 15% with a deal they were running. I bought 3 speakers (I have an orphan that's spent a year in the box).

I also need to buy a Fryette PS-2A Power Station.

Initially, I was just going to buy a small amp, but wanted to put some of my stash of stuff to good use. I'm kind of hoping one of the Rat pedals I have will sound good into the Friedman IR-X.

I just ordered some utility shit.... expansion footswitches for my Morningstar MC3 and a patchbay that bolts on under my volume pedal to free up some space on my board... both from Pedalnetics.... based on what I've seen on their site they make custom switches for a bunch of modelers and effects units all designed to line up with the existing pedal housing... pretty neat stuff... this is the website.. https://pedalnetics.com/
I can't remember what my signature was..... I'm sure it was something interesting..... :quote:
