Bass bros! What strings y'all using?

I just realized I haven't changed the strings on my Fender PJ Special active bass that I bought new. I feel it's time to change them out What are all the bass players using right now? I typically play in Eb standard on most of my guitars. I also play anything from country to puck rock to hard rock. What should I be looking at in brand, model, and guage?

I like the Ernie ball power slinky For Eflat. Also Rotosound is a great choice. Maybe they’re harder to come by. But my place stocks em and that’s kinda what they are known for. Is great bass strings. They definitely sound very punchy and lively

I got stuck on NYXLs for most things. Labella customs if I get way out there with tuning.

Gibson RD Artist = Earnie Ball Slinky Round Wound 45--105 and they sound great.

Gibson EB3 = LaBella Deep Talkin' Bass Flat Wound 46-109. I need a heavier E string... it sounds dead on the short scale neck.

Elixer Stainless Steel 45-100s on my 4 strings and 45-130s on my 5 strings (all standard tunings)
I like the tone and longevity is really good in my experience


(don't touch Elixers on guitar though lol)
