My wife found an amp at a thrift store last Friday and sent me a picture, $50 but that day was 30% off everything so $35 out the door.
I went and picked it up Friday after work. I only bought it due to the price and figured I could flip it as long as it powered up in the store. Figured worse case, it would need caps replaced, which is in my wheelhouse.
It's an old early 1980's Crate CR-212 in really clean condition. The only thing I needed to do was clean the pots, wire a wire from a speaker cone to the contact. No more scratchy pots and both speakers work.
It's actually pretty well built, pretty loud and sounds pretty good for a solid state, there might be someone out there who wants it. Before I went and checked it out, I saw a couple sold on Reverb for $200 plus 60 for freight. I figure I'll list locally for $250 obo and see what I can get. Even if I only sell for $100, that's not a bad profit for very little effort.

You should be able to sell it for $100-150.
Good amps to run pedals into. They take pedals well and are superloud.
