Abe's Current Guitars & Jam Rig

Here are the guitars I currently have.

Breedlove Organic Solo Pro Concert CE Nylon

A decent guitar to have around of the softer string variety. Has a good ring to it with some good sound but is a bit off in the intonation.

Taylor 514ce V-class

A really good guitar for an acoustic. Tunes well and the intonation is good. A bit more trebly sounding than Martins as far as I know.

PRS SE Hollowbody II

The trio.

My first fully hollowbody that I've liked. Has good tone and feel. I like the feedback I can manipulate on this guitar.

The hollow SE is killer indeed. I've played one at Atomic Music the other day and it felt as good as any USA PRS I've played before. The SE line is really the best import line out there.

What amps are you using?

Yea, it plays really nice for me. I'm glad I have it.

Here is what I'm practicing through, from right to left, then into Guitar Rig 7 on PC.

Nice Taylor, I've never tried the 514, only the 414, very comfortable guitars to play

Welcome to the board. Not the typical guitars we see around here!

Is this a genre-specific forum or mostly exclusive to specific kinds of guitars? I just kinda found this forum via google.

I just gave the PRS a truss rod adjustment, a fretboard oiling, new strings, and an intonation check.

Back up and running with the relief and bounce back where it should be.

More acoustics than we’re used to seeing but there’s a wide range of players here and all are welcome.

Those SEs really have come a long way. I used to gig one of the original Soapbar SEs like 20 years ago. It was nice but nowhere near the level of yours.

Yea, I just did not have more money to spend on a new electric right now. And quite pleased with this SE I was able to get. It plays nicely.
