NAD. 50 watter

Post by jamminjohn »

Brought home an EVH 5150 lll EL 34 today.

Wow! This amp has a lot of power. All channels work great. Foot switch included w/ cable, and a spkr cable.

The clean channel will work so well with the GX-100. Also, will put the GX in the loop, and try that,

I have wanted one of these ever since, and it just blows me away.

:rawk: I took 10 pedals to Guitar Center last week and got $647. Applied that to the 5150 with some cash and here it is.

And... No pedal hassles, they are gone.

Nice!!!!!! I want to buy one again. When I had mine I didn't know about the C137 Blue Channel mod. I would have kept that amp had I known about it.

Congrats!! I will forever preach the virtue of the 5153 line. I have the 6L6 and any further high gain amp gas has been effectively eliminated for the first time in 15 years
