RIP Dickey. Nothing but blue sky the rest of the way....
Funny local legend I was told years ago. Apparently Dickie was booted and banned for life from Block Island here in RI. Sometime in the late 1970s'/early 1980s' he was on the island partying. Not sure with who or which band. But supposedly he tore it up so bad that the Staties put him on the ferry back to the mainland and made it clear, with the threat of physical harm, that if he ever came back to Block Island he would be jailed and probably stomped until they could get him on a ferry off the island
