tuners for neck heavy guitar?

got a guitar with very slight neck dive I’d like to make a bit more balanced. any suggestions for lighter tuners?? tia!!

Hipshot open gear are the lightest tuners I've found. You can buy them in standard or locking versions.


Also use plastic knobs instead of metal. Hipshot sells them separately.
