No, the white ply on the pickguard clashes with the cream binding :o

I've had the same issue trying to buy a guard for my actual LPC. Damn thing is 38 years old so the binding is yellowed and a new guard looks weird af on it :o

Yeah not digging that at all. Moving back to the cream guard is the right choice.

Not really, I think I already had it when you came to B-more. Or maybe I bought it shortly after. I did change the hardware to gold recently to match my #1 Classic.
