1960A. Not mint. but it's in decent condition. Got an OK deal on it. Prices have been ridiculous lately.
Going to put the DSL combo in a head shell for it.

Nice!!! Mine has v30s but on Friday's gig I used a stock one with 75s. Sounded really good. I miss having 75s. I'm going to look for a stock one for a good price. Hard to find these days.
Congrats!!!

I will never sell my 1960A. It’s the best sounding 4x12 I’ve ever owned, be it with T75s or Greenbacks.

Whoa, what happened? Not so long ago, 1960a cabs were going for $350 all day. You couldn't get rid of them.

They are averaging around $750 here in L.A.
Just missed a mint one for $400, but that is the exception to the norm. BTW anybody have a link to a wiring diagram for 16 ohms mono? Appreciate it.

If all four speakers are 16ohms, then choose whether to wire them parallel-series or series-parallel. Ignore the 8ohm designation in the image below. Essentially, if all your speakers are of the same ohms, and you wire them PS or SP, then you'll end up with the same load as one speaker. Be gentle around the speaker tabs.

Wiring it to 16ohms mono would be my default recommendation for 1960 cabs because the Marshall jackplate is an accident waiting to happen.

But Mojotone recently released a drop-in jackplate for the 1960 that keeps the stereo capabilities of the cab intact and it's really high quality, USA made with a thick pcb and higher gauge wires.
