For anyone with the Mesa trac-loc looking for cheaper alternatives, I’ve heard these bases fit. I plan on buying a set for my road king

I’ve used the EB casters but I agree they’re not good at rolling over shit so those cabs have always stayed at home. My avatars, is just go to Home Depot and pick one. They’re like $8 each or something.
I like 5150s. The rest of you bullshit amps can get fucked.

So I installed the 3" casters I got from Amazon. I am pretty happy with them, they roll over pretty much any surface and the brakes are cool when setting the cab on stage. They don't look bad. I don't think people would even notice them unless they were told about it.

I have those as well. I took the brake mechanism off. They are nicer than the hardware store ones I had before.
