Hell yeah man. I really liked mine. It didn't survive my big gear purge a couple years ago though. Great amp tho.

Runt gang is alive!

Hey Billy, do you still have a DSL too? My '09 DSL with Classic Tone iron might be going on the chopping block now since my Runt arrived...

my caps just got delivered to my Tech's shop today.... so hopefully by this weekend I'll have my Runt back.... just in time too... 2 days ago we had no gigs this months and as of an hour ago we just got booked for a 90s hard rock gig on the 27th and a Classic Rock gig on the 31st.... my Plexi clone is doing a good job holding down the fort but I just prefer the Runt
I can't remember what my signature was..... I'm sure it was something interesting..... :quote:

Yep, I actually have an 09 DSL with the black trim, exactly like yours. After buying /selling DSLs 20 times, I'm not selling mine anymore: :lol:

But I'd agree that the Runt covers the same territory as the DSL.

The Runt has been doing a killer job in my cover band since I got it last year.... caps JUST failed on me a couple weeks ago, its a 2018 model. I'd say it's worth checking to see if you have the recommended F&T Caps installed in the amp, should be 6 450 Volt capacitors... if you have the blue ones just get them changed before they die on you
