NAD ... sort of
I went to Atomic Music today to see if the still had my 1987x that I sold to them last year. Thankfully they did. So I had to buy it back. I regretted selling this amp immediately after I sold it.
They charged me $250 over what they paid me back in November, which I get it, they're a business. But that was still cheaper than any 1987x currently in the market.
I took it home and played for 5 hours straight. So good. Lesson learned

LoLoL. A lesson worth the price.

That's great that you were able to get it back. It blows when you let something go and immediately get that feeling of "Why did I do that?"
I sometimes get that feeling with the QuickRod I had. There is a Competition (50 watt single channel) near me for sale that I could grab, but I don't really need multiple amps right now. I'm hoping to make it through this summer with my band and then probably take a step back and reevaluate how I want my future to be musically. So adding (big stuff) now isn't the move for me.

I hope not That's an expensive amp to be fucking around with. If Atomic didn't sell mine back, I don't think I'd be able to afford another anytime soon. I was looking around and couldn't find any under $2k in good condition. So I better hold on to this one.

Just had practice with it. What a great amp this is. Just went straight in with the Green Rhino as a solo boost. No delay, reverb, nothing. These plexis never feel dry to me.
