Re: Best 50's wiring harness for LP
I like 920D’s wiring harnesses in general, and they do make a nice-looking LP harness.

You’re right: It should be a white pearloid pickguard.

Re: Mike Tyson/ Jake Paul fight
I should have taken some action on how many times, and exactly when, Mauro Ranallo will shout ”MAMA MIA!”

When was this? I’d have lent you my amp for a show, if you had given me advance notice.

Re: Replacement LP Tuners.
I would also recommend the GraphTech Ratio tuners, which come with six sets of mounting plates, depending on the guitar. They are locking, and they take a single turn to tune a whole tone.

Re: INPD: I’m Not Going To Get The Perfect Plexi
I’m sort of stuck in Dallas, training for my new job, so I can’t pick up the Profiler Remote and expression pedal I flipped two pedals to get. I hope the Remote comes with the cables. They’re sort of a bitch to find.

INPD: I’m Not Going To Get The Perfect Plexi
Good afternoon, Ever dissatisfied with my rig, this morning, I flipped most of my pedals, my pedalboard, Waza Air, and $46.55, for a Kemper Profiler and Profiler Remote. The Profiler will arrive on Friday, when I can pick it up at GC Middleton, and the Remote on Monday, probably when I’m on a plane ...

Re: I'm sold on the Friedman IR-D
Wait, Friedman is doing an IR-IICP? I’m absolutely selling my Tech 21 Liverpool Deluxe, to pay for one.
EDIT: I’m selling it, anyway: The Friedman IR-X and IR-D have headphone jacks, so I can practice plugged-in, albeit quietly.

Re: I'm sold on the Friedman IR-D
As someone whose rig is exclusively based around a pedal-based preamp/DI, I would be sold, but I don’t know how it sounds on bass. But I’m all for this, in principle.

Re: What was the hype over the Boss HM-2 Heavy Metal pedal about?
The HM-2, with all four knobs dimed, was the backbone for the Sweeedish buzzsaw death metal sound. Those bands were known for using that pedal, which drove prices up, yadda yadda. I have the Waza version of that pedal, and I’ve used it twice. Then again, I don’t have my rig infrastructure right now,...
