Damn, that's a gorgeous hunk of wood. What type of tone that producing? Growly, thumpy, smooth?

Re: THE EPIC, FUNNY, FAIL & RIDICULOUS THREAD
1. That little rodent up there is adorable, in a kill-frenzy sort of way.
2. Can you imagine seeing a swarm of those angry little fuckers running toward you with those teeth exposed? I'd be torn between going, "Daaaaaaw" and wanting to run for my life.

That Falcon is
. I'm not a huge Gretsch person, but I really dig how classy they can look.

Re: Katana Gen 3
I loved my original Katana head before my big purge. The app doesn't mean much to me. The thing I like about the Katanas is you don't *have* to use an app just to get basic tones. It's cool that they have that feature now though, for those that do like tinkering. I just really like the basic tones t...

What a convenience having two rooms for isolation - very nice job!!! :rawk: :rawk: :rawk: :rawk: :rawk: What's that Cloudlifter thingy that looks like an amp? Thanks, man. The Cloudlifter is the r...

Re: Clip, Stolen Gear, Recording and lessons learned.. !!!
Really cool clip, man. And I can feel the "sounds the same no matter the gear" thing. I've got two solid state amps, a 20 watt DSL and a 6505 1992, and aside from depth on the bigger amp, I have them all dialed to sound damn near identical when your standing in front of them. Yet I can't w...

Re: NAD with a side of disappointment.
Lack of low-end on any Mark doesn't sound right to me. Hopefully preamp tube swapping will give you some relief, cause that seems suspect to me, but I don't have any direct experience with the VII at all.
