Get the Klusen Supreme 18:1 replacement tuners. They are an awesome upgrade yhat makes getting perfect tuning easy. Also they hold tune so much better than OE. Direct no extra added or exposed old screw holes either.

Definitely Sovtek 6L6wxt+. The tube for any of the 5150 series.

Sounds amazing, song and tones might be my favorite of yours yet! Especially love the dirgy riffing near the end.

For a grand, it's a much better deal as I know these play great and have good QC.

The best recorded thrash tones I ever got were a boosted 2204 with a OCD and GEQ in front hard left and a 100 watt SLX unboosted hard right. Great fucking amps. Congrats!

All reissues I believe are EL34 hot rod modification 1 B.

I had an 89 fuzzy carpet model with EL34's and hotrod modification 1B. That or the reissue are the models to get, they have more gain and a tighter low end. Killer cleans and crunch. Boost with an SD1 for heavier tones.
