Re: Stripped pick guard screw head help.
Found an EZ out kit at our shop yesterday. If that doesn't work, then it's a new guard.

Stripped pick guard screw head help.
Took off today, and decided to work on one of my strats. I've tried everything from tapping a tip into it, the rubber band trick, heating with a solder iron, and even tried melting solder into the head, but it's too corroded, so it won't stick. Trying to slot it would be pretty difficult because the...

Re: Possible component failure inquiry.
To be fair, the neck pup is a factory single coil, and I lower the middle one flush with the pick guard because it gets in my way. Hard to compare with them.

Possible component failure inquiry.
Happy Easter to all. So I have a early 90's Fernandes HSS strat, which I replaced the factory bridge pup with a DiMarzio SD about 8 or 9 years ago. The electronics are all original. If I remember correctly, I eliminated the tone pot from the bridge pup circuit. I decided to bring it back into rotati...

BCB 60 power supply inquiry.
I purchased another BCB 60 for parts, and it came with a 12v power supply. They came with a 9v supply from the factory. What's the chance of frying pedals with the 12v? Most of them are Boss, except the delay. BTW, I went with the 5153 Stealth 50 head.(From my previous thread).

5150 3 Stealth
I just found out our department is getting a bonus in our next check. I'm digging the above mentioned amp, but not sure if I should go with the EL34 or 6L6 version(50 watts) I'm in two cover bands at the moment. One is classic rock, and the other is hard rock, classic metal with some 90's AIC, Sound...

Best 50's wiring harness for LP
My 2017 tribute fell face down, and it damaged the bridge volume pot. The board may have cracked, but haven't checked yet. It's probably best to go with traditional wiring.

Zero gravity straps.
Good morning. Has anyone used one of these, and if so, what's your thoughts? Wondering if I should order one for my heavier giggers, or if I should just go with a wider leather strap.

Truly free file conversion software.
Looking to convert a CD in WAV to something compatible with YouTube. Everything I've tried so far is allegedly free until you want more than a sample, or to share etc. Anything out there?
