Wife’s bday last week; she got a lot of stuff as she has 3 groups of friends.

Was doing dishes and she was sitting at the counter opening stuff, and one of her friends got her a grab bag. A candle, bottle of perfume she likes, and a disposable vape pen.

She hits it a few times and says it tastes like trash, hands it to me and I take like 5 big rips off it and agree.

Goes to our daughter and asks if she wants it, and she says “no thanks, I don’t like weed pens.”

Both of us look at each other and grab the box. Sure enough, disposable sativa pen.

We are now both stoned as f**k as neither of us smokes weed.

On the one hand, we both laughed really hard for a really long time so that was fun.

OTOH I wasn't ready.....I haven't toked up in maybe 15 yrs and it's been way longer for her.....I don't like it when drugs sneak up on me lol

Funny thing is that this particular group of friends of hers are all professionals; doctors, lawyers, a former state Senator etc...and all of them are Mormons as well.

Hahaha I used to buy these pens all the time in Vegas. Although I always preferred Indica because I used it to go to sleep.
Sleeping on indica is the best sleep ever. You wake up completely refreshed.

I need to start buying them again.

Do the vapes give dry mouth like the gummies and how long do the highs last?

Reason I ask, is because the wife and I did a whole gummy yesterday a little past noon and that shit was hitting good for at least 4 hours.

Interesting . . .

The quality of sleep I experience is equivalent to what fast food is to good health.

Food is a good analogy since each body react differently to the same kind of food. If it doesn't work for you it's best to avoid it, but it works really well for me.

Indica and indica-dominant hybrids are all I'm about these days. Sleep, anxiety, stress, pain - all helped tremendously with this miracle of nature. It's just a tool, and should be treated as such, but it's well-worth checking in to. Fuck alcohol and food.

yeah it helped me tremendously. I had epilepsy as a child and I outgrew it eventually but it left some long term issues that disrupt my sleep like sleep paralysis and indica helped me out with that. I haven't had an SP episode in years, while I was having 4-5 a week before. But like anything else, it's not for everyone.

Ah yeah, I go more for indicas and idica leaning hybrids too. I usually hit the vape before bed, put on some music and have a great nights sleep.

Oh dude, I was playing guitar the other night when my shit kicked in and boy can you tell when looking at the wave forms from the DAW lol

Ended up going to bed listening to Hounds of Winter from Sting's If on a Winter's Night album and I was in a fantastic state of mind!
