This dude is tripping on something and it appears to be hitting more and more as he's standing there.

That bird chirped and his reaction was normal, so likely not amped up on anything. Not sure if he is on anything at this moment, he seems like 'the day after' and likely stole some stuff to get things going again because he looks a little shifty
